"The more effective at learning the Organizations are more likely thay will be at being innovative or Knowing the limits of Their innovation". A short but deep meaning phrase. This is one of those books that the more times you read it the new are the meanings you get from its sentences. A book that should be read leisurely. At least I have marked half of its pages with references to aspects of immediate effect on our businesses. A must reading that should always be at reach.
